You will not likely have to make recommendations to Price (value) driven or the Satisfied sippers as they know want they want to order by a quick look at the wine menu.
The Enthusiast/Explorer will probably find what wine they want from the non-mass market-produced wines if your restaurant is fortunate enough to have some more uncommon wines on their list.
They may ask you, however about those uncommon wines on the list so make it a point to know about them. Also, you may want to tell them about any wines you have that are not on the wine list.
For Image seekers, be sure to mention any wines and possibly the more expensive ones that are not on the regular list because only a few bottles remain available after the current wine menu was printed.
