Introduction to Lesson – Wine Aftercare
In this next lesson, we are going to briefly discuss:
Preserving Wine in an Open Bottle, Cleaning Glassware, What is the Most Effective Way to Remove Wine Stains, and Assessment of Wine and Food Experience
After removing all the wine bottles and glasses from the table and presenting the bill, your work is not yet finished.
You may have unfinished wine to send home with the guests (depending upon the laws of your state), and you will have glasses and maybe a decanter or wine bucket to clear and possibly wash.
Most importantly you need feedback from the guests as to how they liked their wine so you learn about tastes and what wines to recommend to the next guests.
