Section 2 – The drinking temperature
When serving wine to your guests you should make it a point to know at what temperature the wine has been stored and about how long it has been stored at that temperature.
Be comfortable in the fact that a young wine should not oxidize to spoilage if stored in a temperature-controlled room for a year or less.
But let’s talk about serving the wine at a temperature that brings out the best aroma and taste qualities of the wine.
